Deposit
$50 per person is required in order to request service.

Full Payment
Due 14 days prior to departure. If payment is not received by due date, the reservation is subject to cancellation and deposit will be forfeited.

Late Booking Fee
Reservations made within 14 days are considered a late booking and require full payment at time of booking. A $25 per-person fee will be charged to cover the cost of special handling.

Change Fee
A charge of $30 per booking will be levied for each amendment made to a confirmed booking. Once documents have been issued, any changes are subject to a fee of $50 administrative fee in addition to change fee and cancellation fee.

Non-refundable, once tickets have been issued

Documents
All passengers must be in possession of a valid passport, which should be valid for at least six months after the scheduled return date of the tour package. Visa information can be obtained by contacting the local consulate or embassy. Any missed tours, flights, services and additional charges incurred as the result of improper documentation is the sole responsibility of each traveler and the above stated cancellation penalties and amendment service charges apply.

Responsibility
Trips2asia.com is responsible to you in making arrangements for the tour services offered in this package, including transportation, sightseeing and accommodation. The carrier, hotels and other suppliers providing tour services are not agents, employees or servants in joint venture with Trips2asia.com or its affiliates. All air tickets and travel documents for tour services issued are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied.

Trips2asia.com shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to you or your belongings, or in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services resulting directly or indirectly from (1) the acts of omission of any person or firm other than Trips2asia.com or its employees; (2) theft, mechanical breakdown, government actions, political unrest, terrorism, strike, lockout, wars, weather, acts of God or other factors and courses beyond our control; (3) acts of vandalism air/land or sea piracy, burglaries, accidents, injuries, assaults or any physical harm to your property or person; (4) your failure to follow instruction including but limited to check in and check out times and baggage handling; (5) your failure to obtain required documentation including passports, visas and health certificates, where required, in which case you will also not be entitled to any refund.

Trips2asia.com or agent can assume no responsibility for lost tickets or coupons. Trips2asia.com and the agent reserve the right to make necessary changes in rates, itinerary or service, to substitute airline or accommodation, or to cancel any tour at its own discretion.
